The customer is packing products in a cardboard box with 10 items divided inside, but it takes time because the bottom of the assembled box is not flat, so they are placing a pad before inserting the dividers. They want to eliminate the pad, but they were concerned that if the inside of the box is uneven, the products would shake during transport and cause damage. Our company proposed a cardboard box that has a flat bottom when assembled. This eliminated the need for the pad and reduced the packing time.
